Position Summary

The Consumer & Digital Product Specialist will be responsible for supporting the operational aspects of product management and ensuring that all consumer banking product documents, terms and conditions, and disclosures are delivered effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail banking, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to enhancing customer experiences.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Own and manage all Consumer & Digital product disclosures, documents, terms and conditions, and materials to ensure information is delivered successfully.  
  • Assist in the development and implementation of consumer banking products, including checking, savings, loans and digital banking services.
  • Ensure all products comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Assist front-line associates to resolve product-related inquiries and issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of product processes, specifications, timelines and details of product changes/updates and operational workflows.
  • Manage competitor and market analysis trends.
  • Identify product enhancements using customer insights and survey data.
  • Provide product documentation and support for internal teams during product launches and updates.
  • Collaborate with compliance, operations, marketing, and customer service teams.

Education & Experience

  • Knowledge and Skills:
    • Strong understanding of digital banking, retail banking and consumer products and services.
    • Detail oriented and extremely organized. 
    • Ability to multi-task and work independently.
    • Strong written and oral communication skills.    

  • Education and Training:
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred; related experience in the field accepted/required.
    • 1-3 years previous experience in retail banking, customer service, operations, compliance, or a related field
