Position Summary
The Commercial Portfolio Manager II provides a positive customer experience through managing the client relationship utilizing the full suite of Busey products and services. Maintain a compliant and clean book of business in partnership with the credit and loan coordination teams. The Portfolio Manager supports the bank’s relationship management efforts through preliminary financial analyses needed to make credit decisions, contributes and provides input to the loan decision process based on evaluation of key factors. The Portfolio Manager will report to the Market President or a Relationship Manager II.Knowledge of:

Education and Training:
Requires High School diploma; continued education such as Associates Degree preferred.
Requires a minimum of 5 or more years of loan coordinating experience. Capable of handling a pipeline of 20+ loans at any given time.
Strong knowledge of C&I, and CRE lending processes and procedures.
Requires previous exposure to attorney prepared documentation and commercial construction.
Can be designated as Team Lead based on need and Regional Manager’s/RP’s determination; previous supervisory experience preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary offered is based on factors, including but not limited to, the job duties, required qualifications and relevant experience, and local market trends. The role may be eligible for bonus or incentives based on company and individual performance.
(Base Pay Range: $91,000 - $115,000 annual )
