Position Summary

The Specialty Services Banker plays a critical role in delivering high-touch, specialized service and operational support across non-consumer business segments, including Private Client. This position focuses on complex consumer account opening, account maintenance and digital servicing needs that require advanced knowledge, accuracy and coordination.

Aligned with the Digital Relationship Banking Service Model, the Specialty Services Digital Banker provides seamless operational and administrative support to the Private Client Team, which enables bankers to dedicate more time to relationship management and growth.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide specialized account opening, maintenance and digital servicing support for Private Banking clients.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external inquiries via email, phone and digital channels.
  • Handle incoming calls and service requests routed through specialty or digital support queues.
  • Review and process service events and operational tasks that require advanced knowledge, accuracy and problem-solving.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues as appropriate while maintaining ownership through resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal partners across to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in training sessions, team meetings and process improvement initiatives to enhance performance and efficiency.
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Protect client confidentiality and safeguard bank operations by handling sensitive information responsibly.

Education & Experience

Knowledge of:

  • Knowledge of Consumer and Digital policies, procedures, products and services
  • Consumer account opening and maintenance processes
  • Digital banking platforms and remote servicing tools
  • Bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

Ability to:

  • Provide exceptional service to high-value and complex client segments
  • Analyze information, identify issues and deliver accurate solutions
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats
  • Adapt to changing processes, systems and business needs
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in sensitive situations

Education and Training:

  • Requires High School diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field preferred.
  • At least two years of banking or customer service-oriented work required
  • Experience in supporting Private Banking, small business clients or complex servicing environments preferred

Benefits and Compensation

Salary offered is based on factors, including but not limited to, the job duties, required qualifications and relevant experience, and local market trends. The role may be eligible for bonus or incentives based on company and individual performance.

(Base Pay Range: $20-$25/hour)
