Position Summary
The Senior Receivables Solutions Advisor is responsible for optimizing client receivables processes through payment acceptance, cash application, collections, and automation solutions. This role partners with prospective and existing clients to identify challenges, recommend tailored solutions, and drive revenue growth while improving clients' cash flow and operational efficiency. The Advisor works directly in identified Busey markets with Treasury Management teams to assist in identifying opportunities, providing strategic receivables solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to drive growth with prospects and clients.Knowledge of:

Build sales strategy while concurrently prospecting new business; expectations for new business within first 90 days
Maintain and develop existing relationships
Identify appropriate decision makers at each prospect
Define customer needs with each potential opportunity
Work as a team player with solid interpersonal skills and exhibit strong relationship management skills
Exhibit time management and multi-tasking skills
Show strong work ethic and work well under pressure
Maintain an active sales pipeline through utilization of CRM (Hubspot and/or Salesforce experience) and achieve established revenue and growth targets.
Education and Training:
Requires Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on Finance, Business, or Technology
Requires 5 or more years sales experience with a demonstrated track record of achieving and surpassing sales goals
Compensation and Benefits
Salary offered is based on factors, including but not limited to, the job duties, required qualifications and relevant experience, and local market trends. The role may be eligible for bonus or incentives based on company and individual performance.
(Base Pay Range: $90,000.00 - 128,000.00/year)
